Shipping Policy

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code via email, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.

Please note:

  • Once the package leaves our location, we are no longer responsible for the status of the shipment.
  • Damaged or lost items will not be refunded. For peace of mind, we recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout if available.

For orders outside the EU, please be aware of potential customs charges. If you decline to pay these charges, the item will be returned to us. In this case, we offer two options:

  1. Re-ship the item after the customer pays for shipping again and covers all customs charges.
  2. Exchange the order for store credit, minus any customs charges incurred.

We package every item with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, reflecting our dedication to quality.
