Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our pieces, all sales, including pre-orders, are final and non-refundable. Custom orders are always final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

We do offer size exchanges for non-custom items, provided that:

• The customer covers all shipping costs and any applicable customs charges (especially for orders outside the EU).
• The item is returned with hangtags intact and in its original packaging.

To request an exchange, please contact us. Once your original item has been returned and inspected, we’ll provide further details and ship your exchange. Note: Exchanges are subject to availability.

For customers who prefer, we also offer store credit (usable only in our webstore) for returned non-custom items. Please reach out to start the process.
